Nancy Harvey

Director of Sales

What is the most significant accomplishment of your career?
While employed as the sales leader at Final Support, I configured a sales dream team. I was given the authority and latitude to hire some uniquely skilled individuals. For the first time in company history, every member of the team achieved their individual quotas for the year. There was such a beautiful give and take between team members. The most remarkable aspect of this accomplishment was that everyone loved working together and really liked each other.

Why do you do what you do?  What motivates you?
My father always said that I had a natural ability to sell, and that I was given this gift by my grandfather who was a pastor. My grandfather sold God, I sell medical software. Selling medical software and services was a natural progression from working in physician offices. Because I have walked in their shoes and lead with an emphasis on product knowledge I am readily accepted as a consultant. There are two things that motivate me:  1) is my competitive spirit, 2) a desire to identify broken processes and improve them with the use of technology.

When you were a kid, what do you want to be when you grew up?  Why?
I always thought that I was going to grow up to be a mom. Mission accomplished — I have five daughters! My mom was a stay-at-home mom and I was going to be just like her. She is a natural born caregiver and continues to be a huge part of my life.

What do you do in your spare time?
Most of my spare time is dedicated to my family. I love to get away and enjoy traveling, hiking, snow skiing, riding ATVs with my best friend and husband, Bob.
