Vice President, Operations


As Vice President of Operations, Kristin McNeff, leads all aspects of onboarding, implementation and adoption of the Opargo solution. She works closely with the customer and Opargo teams to ensure a seamless delivery, and enjoyable customer experience. Kristin also focuses on internal continuous improvement activities to enable the company to efficiently scale for ongoing growth.

Her background in business technology, solution design, and program management has taken her around the world with a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Kristin earned a BBA in Information and Operations Management (MIS) and an International Business Certificate from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.


If you had a superpower, what would it be?

The ability to control time. Enough said.

What is the most significant accomplishment of your career?
Designing and implementing a business solution that no one said was possible, watching the solution sell and then learn the solution had been licensed to some of the largest energy companies in the world. I’d say that’s success, but maybe not the definition of success I had in the beginning.

Why do you do what you do? What motivates you?
In a short answer, continuous improvement. There’s just something about helping businesses be better. I see business as a puzzle with each having a unique set of puzzle pieces. The fun part is figuring out what pieces are slightly skewed, or even missing, and figuring out how to align the puzzle pieces in the most efficient way with limited resources. There’s nothing better than standing back and taking the first look at a completed 5,000 piece puzzle of a monochromatic grassland scene.

What do you do in your spare time?
Training and participating in obstacle races, because who doesn’t love to play in the mud with their friends and feel good about having an adult beverage post-race.
